Pierre Thibault
Pierre Thibault

Relatively new to Queenstown, moving down from Auckland in 2019, Pierre and his wife decided it was time for a lifestyle change and have embraced Arrowtown as their new home in the South Island. As a Foreman for Fixation, Pierre runs a well organised building site and can handle any curve balls with ease.

Tim Allen
Tim Allen

Tim completed his building apprenticeship with Fixation, has proven to have a sharp eye for detail, and has stepped up into a Site Supervisor role. During his time off, you'll find Tim mountain biking many of the trails Queenstown has to offer, doing a bit of rock climbing, or heading off to the coast for some surfing.

Simon Robinson
Simon Robinson

Simon started his building apprenticeship with Fixation builders and is now a fully qualified carpenter and highly valued member of our team. Simon is a passionate snowboarder surfer and wakeboarder. Simon is also a volunteer firefighter for the Queenstown and Frankton Fire brigade.

Reuben Faletuai
Reuben Faletuai

Now well into his first year of an apprenticeship with Fixation Builders, Reuben has a background in skydiving and mechanics. While we prefer our team not to be free falling in this job, transferring those practical mechanics skills over to building, has meant that Reuben has quickly grasped the technical side of his building apprenticeship.

Michael Jones
Michael Jones

Keen to swap bungy ropes for a hammer, and ready to dive into an apprenticeship with us. Michael is no stranger to a bit of DIY, having a hand in designing his own home and building the fences and deck etc. Outside of work, you'll find him running the Queenstown trails and boarding the local hills in winter.

Andy Poole
Andy Poole

Our newest member of the Fixation crew and another to make the swap from a long career in tourism, leaving Jet boats to get stuck into a building apprenticeship. Along with his practical and hands-on background in landscaping, Andy's 'Get stuck in' attitude and keen initiative has already impressed the team.
